CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR THE 2018 SILVER WAVE FILM FESTIVAL!

Seeking Volunteer Stills Photographers, Tech and Venue people for the 2018 SWFF! Silver Wave runs November 8-11 this year. www.swfilmfest.com

Are you a novice/experienced photographer? Interested in ripping or selling tickets at screening venues? Interested in managing a screening venue and assisting general volunteers? Want to put up signage, drive special festival guests around? Can you host out of town guests coming to Silver Wave? Want to run film screenings under experienced tech people?

It's that time of year again when the Silver Wave deadline has passed, festival programmers are wading through all the submission to make their deliberations and the planning is ramping up! 

Are you filled with volunteer spirit? 

Do you like films and the people who make them?

Want to make some connections in the local film community?

How about something to add to that CV of yours?

If so, then we have an opportunity for you! 

Join the team of talented volunteers this November for the 2018 Silver Wave Film Festival and work directly with Film Co-op staff on the event.

We are looking to put together a crew work on this year's festival and we need your help! 

NOTE: Tech Volunteers must have access their own stills camera.

Experience is an asset in stills photography.

GIVING BACK - SILVER WAVE VOLUNTEERS

Alumni NBFC member Delia Martin has been a member of the Film Co-op since the early 80's and has volunteered on almost every Silver Wave Film Festival.

In the early days of the NBFC, Delia spent time on many member film sets and also helped out with the Co-op print newsletter. She has mentored Cat for years in design and graphics to do with the festival.
