Workshop Description:

(Film Co-op Members are required to take at least one directing course before they direct/produce their own projects through the Film Co-op)

Using a combination of presentation and discussion, the workshop will cover filmmaking from the director’s perspective and what a director does on a film set.

This workshop will also cover working with actors and a film crew, and how to elicit the best performance from everyone involved in the film shoot.

The workshop is especially useful for those new filmmakers who are interested in writing, producing and directing their own material.
