Workshop Description: 

(Film Co-op Members are recommended to take at least one editing course before they direct/produce their own projects through the Film Co-op)

Want to edit your own creative work and do it well? Knowing the basics and getting started with non-linear picture editing is what this workshop is all about.

Tracey will walk you through editing a project in Adobe Premiere CC, from setting up the timeline to editing operations and best practices, making creative choices, and dealing with the other stages of post production. 

Instructor's Biography: 
Tracey Lavigne is a Fredericton-based writer/director. Since joining the New Brunswick Filmmakers’ Co-operative in 2014, she has worked on more than a dozen short and feature length films and collected multiple awards for her work. She was awarded Excellence in Picture Editing at Silver Wave 2018 for her short film Mnemosyne.
