Workshop Description:

It’s the dream of many writers to see their stories on the big – or small – screen these days.

Many writers such as Taika Waititi (Jo Jo Rabbit), James Ivory (Call Me by Your Name), and Emma Donoghue (Room) have successfully transitioned existing works into screenplays.

If you’d like to follow in their footsteps but are unsure where to start, are struggling with a current script, or are simply curious, join Jared Carney as he takes you through his experiences with adapting short stories.

Writing a screenplay may be tough, but put in the work and you’ll soon start seeing results!
