Biography: Dale Willman is a multi-faceted participant in the film industry. Primarily an Actor and Acting Coach, she has also worked in Casting, as a Production Consultant, and is a Screenwriter, Director and Filmmaker. In her 3rdyear as an ACTRA Maritimes Councilor, she is also a member of Screen NS, AFCOOP and WIFT-AT and a co-founder of HalifACTS.

 Dale started working in the film industry as an actor in her 50’s and has trained and worked in Vancouver and NS. Through script analysis training, she discovered a passion for screenwriting and filmmaking and has 4 produced short films, wearing a variety of hats from screenwriter, producer, director, actor, DP, editor, etc.  Her current projects, ready for development, include a comedy series and a short film version of her feature film script.

 As an actor, her dream role would be to play Melissa McCarthy's mother!!!
